Bible Study

This evening at TNT (Thursday Nights Together) we talked about reconciliation. This is a loaded subject that really helped me both ministerially and personally. Interestingly-it lead to the idea of church discipline. In my reading, I am discovering that church discipline is extremely vital and necessary to the growth of any church. I am praying that the Lord will grow me in this area; namely because this can be a struggle for me. In my view, church discipline is hard! It is something you would love to delegate to 'a hired gun'. I want to be bold enough to both ASSESS and ADDRESS sin the pervades the life of our church. This is, NO DOUBT, the church's greatest hindrance-SIN.
