H.B.
Just when I think I've got it, I listen to H.B. Charles, Jr. and realize I have yet so far to go. What a rich exposition of Psalm 119 I've heard tonight!
I did not get to hear the message. However, you already know how I feel about Pastor H.B. Charles and his preaching. Good to hear that he continues to allow the Lord to use him. Now... As relates to your comment about whether you've "got it" or not. The Lord has blessed you with just as much gifting. Of course, we all have different styles, "territories", etc. However, you are no less preacher than many of the greats we often talk about.
There's no way anybody can listen to H.B without being challenged to do better in the pulpit. Trust me, I sat under his preaching for 11 years and every week went home to study after he finished.

It's hard for me to hear H.B. on Wednesdays because of my Bible Study but from what I know of him I know the Lord blessed. He is some preacher!!!
Kraig, I am so mad that I missed tonight's message. HB Charles is a beast of a preacher. There is nobody better.
Lance
Amen to all of that!!
